Are you on a journey to living your best empowered life, and yet find yourself sacrificing parts of yourself for other people in order to get along or avoid rocking the boat?  Maybe you notice this just isn't working for you anymore, and you are ready to unwind and allow outdated patterns of people pleasing and perfectionism to lessen their hold, making more space for changes in relationships, career, or health endeavors.

 

Sometimes despite doing all the best things for your health and wellbeing, it feels like trudging through mud, or slowly wading through murky water. No matter what efforts you make, the payoff perhaps doesn't seem to match up.

I work with people who are motivated in their healing journeys, and who also recognize it's necessary at times to ask for help. I support individuals with anxiety, health and wellness, financial wellbeing, and big life changes in areas of relationship, work, or geographical moves.

 

Are you someone who has overcome a health obstacle, and are trying to find your way into a new identity as a healthy, vital person even while still dealing with some symptoms? I have experience and insight to support this journey.

 

Perhaps you have higher levels of sensitivity or perceptivity to the environment and world around you. Were you told you were “too sensitive” as a child? We can work together to uncover the hidden gifts in being more sensitive or aware, and find ways to move from experiencing this as a burden to a supportive attribute of who you are as a person.

Perhaps you have been navigating some challenges with your financial house after a life set back, or never really learned how to manage money. I have training in financial therapy and can be a supportive space holder for you to explore and unpack some of your money story and explore basic foundations in financial literacy.

Are you someone who has tried various nervous system and  healing approaches, or have a whole tool kit of skills and tools, but sometimes get so overwhelmed with all the options that you end up trying to do too much at once, or perhaps shut down and give up on choosing? We can work together to find what works for you in relationship with skills and tools, and support you in developing your intuition and self trust regarding when and how to use them to your benefit.

Combining mind-body therapeutic approaches, I work with clients to discover tools, beliefs, behaviors, and ways of being most beneficial for your life intentions and needs at this time. I place a lot of value on building a therapeutic relationship where trust and healing can occur.  

I support clients with uncovering and bringing together your Internal Resources, External Supports, and Self Understanding to cultivate resilience and capacity for all that life brings your way.  We work together in collaboration.  

 

Modalities and approaches include:

 

Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Polyvagal, Nervous System Supports, and Internal Family Systems - informed Parts work.
