I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Idaho, New Mexico, and Colorado.

​

Direct lived experience has taught me the most in life.  From high school and college experiences living abroad, to exploring holistic health and wellness, I learn best by engaging and experiencing. This also goes for some of the more challenging lessons in relationships, health, and life.

These experiences have shaped and guided my work as a therapist.  My path has led me to Somatic Counseling Psychology, Dance / Movement Therapy, Financial Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Energy Psychology, Somatic Practices, Meditation, Integrative Nutrition, Intergenerational Healing, Perinatal Psychology, Natural Law, Reality Transurfing, and Spiritual Inquiry.

People who enjoy working with me seek evidence-based therapeutic support based in trauma-informed care, also valuing a space where they are free to bring and explore their unique selves, creative perspectives, and personal experiences in spiritual as well as every day life.
