I am mostly a Direct Pay private practice. I accept a few insurance plans out of Idaho, including St Luke's, Select Health, Pacific Source, and Mountain Health Co-op. If you have a different insurance, I am able to provide you with a Super bill as an Out of Network provider. Please inquire with your insurance provider if you wish to pursue Out of Network benefits.
After several years accepting insurance, I have found that my care for clients needs to come first, as opposed to administrative aspects of taking insurance and meeting insurance companies' demands coming first. In an effort to provide the best support and be aligned with my own values, I do not work directly with most insurance plans.
The intake appointment will include space to let Meredith know what you are seeking support for, and to review pertinent information from your intake questionnaire that Meredith will send you in advance. Together you will create a road map of your goals and challenges for which you seek support. Any additional questions are welcome at any time throughout the process of working together.
48 hours notice

Cancellation or rescheduling needs to be done with at least 48 hours notice. If it happens with less than 48 hours, a fee of $100 will be charged.

Clients are allowed up to 6 rescheduled sessions per calendar year. After that, rescheduled sessions will incur the full session fee.

Session fees are due at the start of each session. A card on file is required for ease of business operations and to reduce disruption to clinical care.
