I know life can bring challenges.  Sometimes we need more support to navigate through and into the new upleveled version.  Therapy can be for times of great challenge as well as to deepen in your path of inner shadow integration work.

 

As a therapist, I will walk alongside as a compassionate presence, offering a non-judgmental space, tools, education, and skills as you move towards your goals.  This may include empathy, deep listening, as well as challenging you at times.

My approach can best be described as a collaborative process, taking place in a trauma-informed space. Building safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship, and within yourself, is part of the process through our work together.  The aim is to set you up for success with a deeper connection to yourself and know-how on how to continue to cultivate it.

Sometimes this involves learning tools, shifting mindsets, and updating beliefs about yourself that aren't working. At other times, it may involve finding acceptance for yourself and what is, and surrendering to a bigger picture of what may be playing out.  It includes becoming more familiar with your body's wisdom and how your emotions, thoughts, and feelings show up in your physical systems.
